Instead, experience a new kind of relationship with yourself – one that challenges the normative view of what it means to “have it all together.”

Our 6-week introductory course covers key areas to help you thrive:

 WEEK 1 
 

Discover Your Nervous System

Learn the structure of this primal, intricate system.


Understand the different components of your nervous system through the lens of the Polyvagal Theory, which explains how your system responds to safety and danger, shaping our behaviors and emotions through three states: calm connection, fight-or-flight, and shutdown.

 WEEK 2 
 

Understand Your Nervous System Responses

Gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system’s innate responses.


Recognize the early signs of survival mode by discovering safety within yourself (addressing nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and rest) and learn powerful practices to be comfortable experiencing the full spectrum of emotions.

 WEEK 3 
 

Emotional Regulation

Learn how to regulate your emotions through somatic practices.


Build the skills to actually feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. You’ll learn to understand your emotions with clarity and ease, using emotional regulation tools to stay grounded and avoid burnout.

 WEEK 4 
 

Get to know your Inner World

An introduction to the IFS (Internal Family Systems).


Understand the “team” in your mind and learn to harness them. This practice helps you regulate emotions, reconnect with your inner world, and build a calmer, safer, and more connected relationship with yourself.

 WEEK 5 
 

Meet your Protectors

Take part in an interactive conference room meeting of your parts


Explore your inner landscape through Parts Work, focusing on understanding the parts of yourself that may be driving anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing and more. Learn how to acknowledge each part for the hard work it's done to keep you safe, allowing it to soften and gain your trust.

 WEEK 6 
 

Learn how to be Self-Led

Discover the 8 Cs of the Self.


Learn what it means to live in Self energy and how IFS can empower you toward cultivating a connected, calm and safe relationship with yourself.

We’re Dani and Tori—former varsity athletes turned master-level therapists with a shared mission: to help women break free from the cycles of high-functioning anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing. We know what it’s like to feel stuck in the pressure to do it all while secretly running on empty. We've been there, and we’ve found another way—one rooted in calm, balance, and connection.
